The 12-piece band, many of which are residents of Dele Sosimi’s esteemed Afrobeat Orchestra, will be keeping the dancefloor alight with Dele covering Afrobeat anthems such as ‘Too Much Information’, ‘E Go Betta’ and Fela Kuti classics like ‘Water Get No Enemy’.
With a strong vision on recreating the sparkling atmosphere of Fela’s Lagos club, Afrika Shrine, expect a late-night explosion of afrobeat rhythms, setting alight the Colour Factory dancefloor with their big band energy.
Accompanied by DJ sets from London’s finest rare groove selectors, this is an unmissable evening of joyous afrobeat celebration.
